Level 1
Hosting & Security
The first aspect of the website that needs funding is the website hosting itself. This allows for me and my workers to upload and publish the website content, test / debug any problems in the code or within the database, and actually get the site running when it's finished and ready for live user testing. Here is our current budget for this Level:
- 2% -- $200 -- Regular Hosting
- 3% -- $100 -- PHP / MySQL Database Hosting
- 5% -- $200 -- Basic Website Security
Total at 5% = $500
Level 2
This is where we add the fun part of the website's gameplay. This is where features such as questing and battles are enhanced, and where new features such as spirits, dungeons, clans / pvp, professions, and more will be included. Here is our current budget for this Level:
- 40% -- $1500 -- Main Features
- 45% -- $500 -- Art for dungeons, bosses, and more NPCs / Monsters.
- 50% -- $500 -- Game Guide and more quest content.

Main Features
Level 3
Next part on our checklist is the actual website design. This will include the main and most important aspects of the website, art, and content. Some examples may be shown below, but not all features will be mentioned for security reasons. Here is our current budget for this Level:
- 10% -- $500 -- Website Template
- 15% -- $500 -- User Interface
- 20% -- $500 -- Template, NPC, Monster, and Map Art
- 25% -- $500 -- History, Tutorial, Beginning Quests, and Character Content
Total at 25% = $2500
Basic Website
This funding will be used for special features that will make Serenity Online unique to all other online games out there. These features will be kept secret until the game is up and individual users unlock them. Here is our current budget for this Level:
- 70% -- $2000 -- Special Features
- 80% -- $1000 -- Art for Special Features.
- 90% -- $1000 -- Content for Special Features.

More Features
Level 4
Saving the best for last; This funding will go to top notch security and hosting, along with extra themes, features, and events that will help me grow and acknowledge my Gaming Company. Here is our current budget for this Level:
- 100% -- $1000 -- Iphone, Android, and Facebook App?
Total at 100% = $10,000
The rest are stretch goals in order of highest priority to lowest priority. Here is our current budget for this Level:
- 200% -- $10,000 -- Dedicated Hosting & Security for a year
- 300% -- $10,000 -- Continue paying the workers to manage and update the website & database for future needs - ex: faster website and game, more upgrades and expansions of the game, database security, etc.
- 400% -- $10,000 -- Marketing and advertisement
- 500% -- $10,000 -- Game cards and "outside" features + packaging.
